What are cabinet mesh inserts?

Designed to insert joinery or custom furniture designs, Oxford grilles will elevate Spaces with effortless refinement. With a wide range and customization options, these grilles are more adaptable than ever.
Each grille is assembled by hand and trimmed to fit your desired aperture for a perfectly symmetrical pattern. Optional grid backing and rosette placement are available - all with different finishes, making them popular in tradition through contemporary projects. Diamond hand assembled decorative grilles are available in 25mm, 41mm and 55mm bore sizes. These hand-assembled grates are held together by pins for ordinary roses or floral roses. At the rear of these pins bend and secure the net. Rosettes can be applied to each intersection or alternate intersections.

Wire mesh grid inserts not only provide a visually pleasing accent to many furniture and cabinet designs, but also serve an additional functional purpose, allowing airflow in and out of mesh areas that may require breathability.
The breathability of Wire Mesh is often suitable for entertainment centers and custom built-in creations, where electronics of any range may require airflow when embedded in shelves to avoid overheating during use. For further emphasis, one can choose to place any chosen fabric behind the mesh inserts to further add to the character of any creation, and still allow airflow through the frame opening while not allowing full visual access to what may be stored behind the door.
Wire mesh grates can be ordered for any of our frame only door styles with square or rectangular openings, as well as our mullion doors with standard living. When ordering a wire mesh mesh with a door, Jumao will calculate the mesh size based on your door specifications.
Note :Jumao does not calculate screen dimensions for frame and mullion doors with true separation life or frame-only doors with shaped ladder stalls or railings. For these styles, we recommend waiting until you receive your door and then taking it to your local wire mesh supplier to have your wire mesh cut to fit each opening.
Wire mesh can also be cut to size (customer specified) and full page.
